In the 60s throughout the 90s it moved across the street to what is now Border Psycho Cantina. In the 2000s another bar was dubbed La Ballena in Plaza Santa Cecilia (also known as La Legendaria).
La Ballena no longer exists. The buildings left behind are different businesses now. The legacy exists in a shirt.
