2026 Updates: New Pricing – TJ Beer Guide – Xolos and Toros Tours

Everything is getting more expensive. And so am I. Favorite tours are still the same price, just re-arranging my prices.

Reservation stays at $100.

Price per hour increased to $50 an hour (1-6 people).

Favorite tour stays at $200.

Favorite tour = 2-6 people, 6+ hours of touring, visiting my favorite places in Tijuana. Mostly improvising depending on the party’s likes and wants. My favorite places are tacos and beers.

And lately… wine.

2026… I’m turning forty this year. And I’m into wine like an old man.

I had a great tour with a lovely Indian couple from New York. The guy loved beer. He revived my beer enthusiasm. I love beer… but this city… seems like the fad is over. A few places shut down, the ones that are still around haven’t changed much, except they got more expensive, and quality went down.

I visited Madueño for the first time in a long time, and his hazy IPAs are still on point… but nothing is new.

Beer has flatlined (at least in Tijuana). It seems like everything has been done, and no one wants to experiment or use quality ingredients in their beer. They just want to keep pushing the same beers, hoping to retain the clientele.

The Tijuana Beer Guide 2026 updates will be minimal. Mostly deleting breweries that disappeared and noting the small changes.

And that might be the end of my ventures into Tijuana beer coverage. Thanks to all who read.

Xolos and Toros tours!

I talked to Xolos’ marketing manager the first week of the year. They want to partner up with Tijuana Adventure to take newcomers to the stadium. They offered me a package of tickets to the game and Xoloride from the border.

I did one tour with friends as a test drive. It went great. The match ended with a bitter 1-1 draw, but the experience was hella fun.

I want to replicate it. I’m trying to sell tickets. A lot of interest, but no one is buying. The next game is this Friday, and I have a lot of people messaging me about it… but no confirmation.

I need to switch strategies… I just wish I had more time. And a bigger team.

People are also interested in Toros!

I get messages asking if I’m taking people to the baseball game. And I intend to as well. I spoke to the marketing manager last year… if she remains there… then I have her contact to try to do something officially with the team.

2026 Tijuana Adventure takes you to Xolos and Toros games!

I still love for it to remain one big private party… but I am opening it up for people to join the group. I just suck at selling public events.

I wrote this months ago and told myself I was giong to write a shit ton about Tijuana beer and then publish it…

There isn’t much to write about beer… most places closed.

But I did have a tour with a beer aficionado who brought me great beer as a present. It ignited a little bit of passion for craft beer in me… but just a tiny flame.

The Tijuana Beer Guide 2026 will come soon. And more Tijuana Newsletters.

I’ve already did a bunch of tours in the first two months of 2026 and the end of March has another three tours to finish the month. I have a part time job in San Diego so I’m way more busy this year… which also means I can invest more in my business and perhaps a car.

New and bigger things are coming.

I also created a Tijuana Adventure TikTok… follow me there!
